What is the Journey to Mastery™ Program?

We work primarily with Partner real estate firms in a joint-venture plan to establish new licensees with a clear path to being productive in a difficult career choice.

Journey to Mastery™ is an extended training program inside the Partner firm which includes 14 training days, intense and ongoing accountability, weekly training and support meetings. It typically spans 9-12 months to insure the new agent is habitually productive and closes transactions with regularity.

Our research shows that of every 14 people who join the industry full time, 13 fail before they finish their second year. That means that more than 90% fail. They come with enthusiasm, intention, financial support and the support of their families. They still fail at an alarming rate.

Watching people fail is painful. Our partners work with agents to succeed and the success rate is 60% (600-700% improvement!)

It takes a real commitment on the part of the agent. It is not an easy business; it is unforgiving and there is no magic pill. It is not for the lazy, the complacent, the rude or insensitive. But it is also not a mystery. Succeeding is a science.

It is HARD WORK!

Journey to Mastery™ trains agents in exactly what to do and what to say; we train methods for managing their time, managing their clients and managing themselves. We train agents to tell real buyers from those who will never buy. We train in a method of communication that is so powerful people want to work exclusively with the agent.

It is paid for out of the proceeds to the Broker. It does not take a financial investment on the part of the agent. The broker invests in the agent in anticipation of a long profitable business relationship.

When the normal success rate is less than 10%, the broker cannot afford to train you. When the success rate is 60% it changes the metric.
